US 12US 12 in Illinois goes from the Wisconsin line near Richmond to the Indiana line on southeast side of Chicago. It is an original US highway, designated as such in 1926. The majority of the highway in Illinois is through urban and suburban areas. It follows Rand Road in the northwest suburbs, Mannheim and Lagrange Roads in the west suburbs, and 95th Street in the southern suburbs and south side of Chicago. |
