Illinois State Route 163Illinois 163 is a short highway connecting Illinois 157 and Illinois 158 southeast of St. Louis. A previous route went east from Illinois route 1 to Illinois route 181 along the Wabash River. This route eventually became part of route 181, and then later, part of route 33 which is the current designation. |
