Illinois State Route 160

Illinois 160 goes from route 140 to route 15 in southwest Illinois about 40 miles east of St.Louis. It generally is a north-south route from Illinois 140 south through Highland to New Memphis where it meets Illinois 177. From there, it veers southeast multiplexing with Illinois 177 until Okawville. It ends at Illinois 15 west of Nashville.
