Illinois State Route 146Illinois route 146 goes across the far south part of the state. It begins just east of Cape Girardeau on the Mississippi River and ends 2 miles north of the Ohio River across from Kentucky. Except for about a mile right at the Mississippi where it is four lanes, the road is two lanes. Around Anna and Jonesboro, the road is extremely busy. |
