Illinois State Route 73Illinois 73 goes from the Wisconsin line south to Lanark in northwestern Illinois. It avoids any large cities and does not connect to a Wisconsin state highway on the north end (it becomes County M). The only significant change in the route over the years was when the Illinois 73 designation replaced Illinois 72 from Georgetown to Lanark in the early 1980s. |
