State Road 221SR 221 was a road going south from Huntington to Matthews in Grant County. Before being totally decommissioned in the 1970s, the route was truncated to the stretch between SR 18 and SR 218. The part of old SR 221 between SR 218 and SR 22 was eventually redesignated as an extension of SR 5. |
