State Road 23State Road 23 runs in a sort of north-northeast/south-southwest routing from Granger on the Michigan line through South Bend to SR 10 in rural Starke County not too far from Bass Lake. It's a good start for a (more direct) connecting road between Purdue and Notre Dame. |
